| Established in January 2008, National University Health System (NUHS) is a joint venture between the National University of Singapore (NUS) and MOH Holdings. It currently delivers training to healthcare providers and scientists while conducting extensive research to bring solutions to Singapore’s major Healthcare challenges.
NUHS new corporate website was launched in April 2010 using Swiiit, a user-friendly web management system developed by CommonTown. With this system, 13 departments in NUHS are able to promote standardization in performing website updates. The intuitive WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) interface has transformed the way websites are built, allowing NUHS to customize, update and expand its website in-house, which lifted the cost and frustration of frequently outsourcing website maintenance to external design firms.
In addition, several features have been customized to tailor to the institution’s needs, including but not limited to the News Management, Job Management, Event Management, Publishing and Approval modules.
CommonTown has received positive feedbacks on the usability of the system and the overall look and feel of the design.
